George G. Milliken
| I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Fine Arts, and then didn't paint again for almost thirty years. Living in the sunshine of Los Angeles, I began to paint, in watercolor, some of my favorite subjects, buildings of all kinds with great light and shadow. Moving to the Oregon coast, I started painting landscapes of the Northwest and my wife and I traveled extensively in France, Italy, Croatia and South Africa. Now living in Gig Harbor, Washington I have rekindled my love of boats and water including them in many of my paintings.
My watercolors may be seen at Waters Edge Gallery in Gig Harbor and the River Gallery in Florence, Oregon.
